Ozias Washington
Ozias Washington believes relationship building is an essential part of being human. He strives to see people and situations holistically, regardless of the situation or circumstance.
Ozias began his career in higher education as a resident director and then as the Assistant Director of a large online university, where he trained 72 advisors for leadership roles within the organization. After that, he and his family moved to South Korea, where he taught English at an international school and pastored a local church. His time and relationships in South Korea solidified and developed his global mindset and values. More recently, Ozias has served as a career coach, using Strengthsfinder to equip hundreds of students to benefit society worldwide.
He currently serves as a member advisor for a local non-profit, where he consults on staff management and operational functions.
His first priority in life is his wife of 17 years and their four children. Ozias is a life-long learner, and always has a list of topics he is investigating. He is also an avid conversationalist and loves to connect with others.
